Saturday 26 April 2008

WEEK FOURTEEN

Ok, it did happen again. Oops.

#5 - I wore my first pair of knitted socks out when I was on holiday!
#19 - Trip to Scotland went well, Ireland and Wales left to go!
#28 - I have 25 tomato seedlings being brought on in a friend's greenhouse, ready for planting in a couple of days. I call it complete, don't you?

#46 - DONE! Everything (including fields) is up to lvl 10 or as high as they will go.

Saturday 22 March 2008

WEEK NINE

Ok, I lost a week. It won't happen again, but I needed a break before I broke things. So, the next targets I shall attempt to master are the tooth brushing, and possibly the water. I'll pace myself - I have time!

Saturday 8 March 2008

WEEK SEVEN

A entire week of stomach/cold bug has hammered these targets, so I hereby declare them starting over!

No real progress, because of the sniffling. See you next week, hopefully with pictures of my 30 minute daily walks.

Saturday 1 March 2008

WEEK SIX

As this is March 1st, the first attempt at finishing some of the month long targets will begin today!

#14 - I went shopping today, so I spent at least 2 hours walking round. Tomorrow I'll probably walk the dog.
#32 - Brushed my teeth this morning and got myself a new toothbrush from Boots. Only another 59 times to go!
#35 - It's only 8pm, so I've got time to finish the 3 pints of water and do a bit of knitting.
#53 - I'm 2 pints in, 1 left to go!

#60 - Had a gorgeous three cheese pizza last night!
#28 - I bought a 'grow your tomatoes' kit today from Woolworths, so we'll give it a go!

That's it for this week, lets hope there's some real progress by next week!

Saturday 23 February 2008

WEEK FIVE

This updating lark is getting easier!

#5 - Wear something I knit outside the house. I plan to wear my Milla top for a job interview (see below). Only finished it today and I am so happy with it!
#14, 32, 35, 53, and 91 all begin on March 1st. So that's teeth brushing, daily walks, in bed by 11, 3 pints of water a day and keeping my bedroom tidy. S'not so hard.
#17 - My right hand has 2 nails left. Every other nail is short. Damn it.
#24 - Did driving and turning left and right yesterday, so I'm getting better!
#33 - I made a start on collecting the clothes I don't want tonight, I'll finish off tomorrow and take them down town.

That's your lot, March looks like it's going to be a busy month!

Monday 18 February 2008

Two books down, Eight to go!

Finished High Rhulain and Eulalia (both by Brian Jacques) last night, both highly enjoyable. The series they come from is my 'childish' favorite, the Redwall series - they're joyous reading.

Next on the book list is Going Postal by Terry Pratchett, then Men at Arms again by Terry.

Saturday 16 February 2008

I don't know if you've heard of the '101 things in 1001 days' project? It's a project to complete 101 tasks that you've been putting off or always wanted to do, and gives you a way to track it. So, I signed up!

As soon as I can think up 101 things to do, I'll post them here and keep up-to-date on how far I've got.

Wish me luck!
